Core Responsibilities Plan and deliver clear, effective, and engaging instruction aligned to curriculum and student needs Foster a classroom culture marked by respect, curiosity, growth, responsibility, and Christ-like love Integrate faith naturally and meaningfully into classroom instruction and relationships Use assessment data to support student growth and guide instruction Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and development Communicate regularly and proactively with parents regarding student progress and needs Build positive relationships with students, encouraging confidence, perseverance, and character Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support student success Participate in school life, including meetings, professional development, and school events Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress Support the overall mission and ministry of the school through daily actions and attitudes
